Hi everyone.  I can't seem to figure out how to save a custom print out size.  I have tray 2 with non conventional paper size but can't seem to configure inDesign printer options for this size.  Please advise

This would lie entirely with your print driver; InDesign (and most other apps) can only pass along a particular print page size for the printer driver and printer to impose on the page as it physically can.

If your printer is sophisticated enough to have a second tray and allow it to be adjusted to a nonstandard size, it should have a driver option or utility to set the physical print size to that page size.
