Printing flyer

Question

Is it possible to design a flyer with 8 pages, where each page is 21 cm x 9.9 cm, and print it on an A3 sheet of paper in a foldable triplet format? or are there other ways ? As a designer I should think about it or printing house can find the ways

Physically I believe the layout should fit, but I'm confused by your foldable triplet format (not a term I've seen used here before in the US) and your mention of 8 pages when "triple" implies 6 to me.

You should consult with the printer regarding how much difference you need in panel sizes to accomodate the folds for what we would call a barrel fold or gate fold versus using what we would call an accordion fold.
