Printing instructions for service provider report

I've recently upgraded to InDesign 20.1 running on MacOS 15.3. I cannot find a way to generate a report for my provider when I package files for printing. Am I missing something or has this gone away? I was very helpful to be able to archive that information along with the packaged files.

Here's where I see the option in the Package screen:

If you don't have that option there, maybe it's something that could be fixed by resetting your preferences?

Thanks, Joel. I missed it on that window. The option is grayed out for me on the initial packaging window.

I imagine that these must be either recent changes or platform differences - I haven't seen the interface on Mac OS in a few years. For me the that screenshot that I posted is the initial packaging window. But I'm glad to hear that I was able to help you find it, despite the variations in interface.
