Images show screen and print off

The images that i've used in Indesign are photohop psd

Are you exporting to a selected PDF standard? Or have you exported to an Interactive PDF instead of Print PDF?

Hi @Sarah33721530fyca,

Thank you for reaching out. I understand how frustrating this issue can be.

To better assist you, could you please provide the following details:
1. The version of InDesign you are currently using.
2. The operating system details (Windows or macOS).

Regarding the printing issue, this might be related to transparency or image settings in your InDesign document:
Make sure you are using the PDF/X-1a or PDF/X-4 preset for better image handling, especially with transparent images.
Before exporting, try flattening transparency in the document by going to **Object > Flatten Transparency**. This can help with any unexpected visual artifacts.
Ensure that your printer driver is up to date and try printing with a different printer to rule out printer-specific issues.

Here are some similar community posts that might provide additional insights:

Let me know if any of these steps help or if further assistance is needed!

Abhishek

The box around the. images is known as “Yucky Discolored Box Syndrome” and dicussed here:

https://creativepro.com/eliminating-ydb-yucky-discolored-box-syndrome/

A solution for you might to add a clipping path around the remaining part of the image.

The missing image is a different problem. What file type did you use there?
