Printing issues

Although the header (from master) is correct in INDD, it's flipped (mirrored) upon export. Also, all pages are shifted over by 1 when exported. What is happening and how can I fix it?

Like jmlevy said, can you provide more detail.

 

Is it possible in the printing box you have reverse order checked.

Export to what? PDF? What are your export settings?
