Printing marks

After having functioned perfect in six years now suddenly the printing marks gather together to only one mark. What to do? The printing company is not satisfied.

Can you show us a screen capture of the page in InDesign showing page and frame edges along with bleed guides.

I enclosed two pdf's with the print markers from an export 16 days ago and
an export today.. Here a screen capture directly from InDesign

I guess you don't have bleed in your document?

 

So cut marks and bleed marks just overlap.
