Printing multiple copies to a pdf file

I have a one page document, I want to print it to a pdf file with a specific number of pages.  When I google and search forums all I can find is "how to print multiple pages on one sheet of paper"  That is not what I want.

I tried selecting the print to pdf driver, then setting copies to 35.  But all I get is a one page pdf file.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

or you can just put the document on the master page, add a page number marker. and just add the number of pages you want. Indesign will automatically number them and add the layout that is on the master. you can make the .pdf you want and print

    I am just guessing here..

Make your .pdf from indesign. it does have only one page.  go to acrobat, go to print, and in copies type 35 for the number of prints you want to make.

each print will have the same page number. Thats if you made a page number on the layout. again. i am guessing here.

If you have a one page document how do you expect it to have more than one page?

Unless I’m missing something here, this makes no sense at all.

BTW, you should export to PDF.

i think charles is saying that he wants to print 35 copies of a one page .pdf but when he exports to .pdf he only sees one page. as in the layout has one page and he is expecting 35 of the same page in one .pdf.. i guess.

I guess that makes sense but as you pointed out, just print out as many as you need.
