Printing to #10 Envelope

I am trying to print to a #10 Envelope setting from an InDesign file. Printer settings show corect dimensions however I am not able to get envelope to feed & print. Any help/experience with this is appreciated

It would help to know the printer...

Beyond that, exporting from ID to PDF and printing from Acrobat is often more reliable.
