Proble mit Dateien InDesign

Hallo, wir haben ein Problem mit InDesign, alle Mitglieder des Teams können gleichzeitig ohne Warnung durch InDesign das selbe Dokument öffnen. Woran könnte das liegen ? Was können wir tun? Wir arbeiten mit InDesign Beta sowie mit InDesign 19.2. unter macOS Sonoma 14.4.1. Unser Server ist ein Synology NAS DS3018xs. Vielen Dank

Try to update to the latest InDesign (19.3 or 19.4, depending on your location). Will it make a difference?

Thank you for the tips, we have implemented them and will see if the problem is solved.

InDesign should be generating a hidden file in the format of .idlk - which is an indesign lock file - and that should prevent others from opening.
