Problem accessing InDesign etc

I'm getting this message when I try to access InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator. It's been like this for several days now but everything worked fine last week.

The message says:

"We are unable to confirm your subscription status.
We have no access ti the Adobe-servers. This may be because you are not connected to the internet. Please check your internet connection and try again."

I've checked my internet connection several times and there is now problem.

Any ideas on what I can do to get this working again?

    Hi

Unfortunatly, the problem remains. The TLS 1,2 protocol was already enabled. I'm using windows 7, is that a problem?

What version of InDesign are you using?

If it's a recent version, it requires Windows 10 at a minimum.

    See system requirements here: https://helpx.adobe.com/indesign/system-requirements.html
