Problem displaying and exporting images in indesign on mac

Indesign 20.1

Photoshop 26.3

After effect 25.1

Mac Book Pro 16" 2021

Apple M1 Max

Sequoia 15.3

Are you saving the files locally or on a server? Are you using a VPN?

I always save to a server and I have a VPN.

But even when I save locally, the images inside are damaged.

Hi @Aurélie5E80,

Is the issue limited to a particular file or happens to all the files? Have you tested this in a new document? Since the images appear damaged even when saved locally, could you share a sample InDesign file with us for testing? You can package the file following the steps here: https://adobe.ly/3YdCweD

Also, are you using an external or secondary monitor where you notice this issue? If so, try disconnecting it and see if the problem persists on your main display.

Additionally, I’d recommend testing this on the latest InDesign pre-release version 20.3, which is available via Creative Cloud. Article on how to access pre-release versions: How to join Creative Cloud pre-release programs.

Let me know how it goes! Looking forward to your update.

Ok then RAM is unlikely your problem.

Still, open Activity Monitor from Applications > Utilities folder; Memory tab. Do you see anything suspicious there like Memory Pressure in the yellow or red?

There is a newer update of Sequoia (15.3.1) available. Try seeing if that update fixes your issue.

Hello!

Thank you very much for your reply. I don't have the update yet...

I hope it will be available soon. And I hope that's the problem.
