Problem export in Indesign

I'm working on a 160 pages product catalogue and Indesign is very slow to react. Moreover when I try to export a pdf file in high definition for the printer, there are some elements missing.

Sélectionnez les objets qui ne s'exportent pas (au moins un), puis allez dans le menu Fenêtre > Sortie > Options d'objet et vérifiez que la case « Non imprimable » n'est pas cochée.

Bonjour,

Merci pour votre réponse.

Non je n’ai pas de calques non imprimables.
En fait sur mon fichier tout est exporté sauf des rectangles de couleur qui se situent sur quelques pages.
J’ai essayé de coller ces éléments dans un nouveau fichier mais j’ai le même problème.
Ce fichier a été créé avec une ancienne version d’indesign, c’est peut-être le problème ?

Two ways to potentially solve the slow-to-react issue: 

1) Ensure your display settings are on Typical display (right click anywhere with you black arrow, select Display Performance, and choose Typical. 

2) Disable Preflight: Click the down arrow next to where it displays errors at the bottom of your screen, and uncheck "Preflight Document."

 

As others have stated, need more info on the missing images. Are they shown as missing in your links panel? Are they embedded? Is it only certain file types (.ai for instance) that are not exporting?

Are you working locally on your hard drive or are you working across a network? If you are working across a network then depending on how well that network is set up and how compatible it is with Adobe programs in general and InDesign in particular slow performance is definately a possibility. If you are on a network try doing all of your work on your hard drive and see if that makes a difference. If it does then speak to your network administrator to make sure that the network is completely up to date (and also that your InDesign is also up to date) and completely compatible with InDesign.

    Au vu du nom, j'imagine que vous êtes francophone.

    Y a-t-il beaucoup de références croisées et d'hyperliens dans votre document ? ce peut être une source de ralentissements ainsi que de nombreux styles grep ou du contrôle en amont appliqué en permanence. S'il y a beaucoup d'images et que vous les visualisez en qualité supérieure, c'est également une source de ralentissement.

     

    Comme le dit Jonathan, les éléments manquants dans le PDF est un autre problème. y a -t-il des objets définis comme non imprimables, ou des calques non imprimables ?

    hi,

    you are describing 2 different issues. 

     

    question for issue one "my indesign is moving slow":

    • what version of indesign you are on, what are your computer specs? (OS, RAM, PROCESSOR)

     

    question for issue 2 "missing elements in exported .pdf":

    • do you have missing links in your document?
    • did you package the files?
    • do those missing elements happen to be embedded?
