Problem in page hiperlinks and ancor

I'm new in Indesign. I have already made an ebook which the hyperlinks to page worked just normal.

Now I'm  doing a article project to an epub3 and the hyperlinks to pages just dont work. Neither the ancor links to a text. I did just the same process of the last ebook that worked. And the footnotes are sending the right places. I'm asking myself if the hyperlinks problem isn't because of some advance configuration that affects it and which I don't know. Those someone have an idea what could it be?

I'm using a Windows 10 and a Id 2020 in portuguese.  But u can use the tool's name in english with no problem. 


Please do not send solutions with programming cause i do not have this expertise.
