Problem Indesign links

I have an Indesign file with 3 links. Even if I relink them, teh image builds up bad and slow. The, the green light under the page says no errors. The link panel shows no error. But if I try to make  a package or a pdf, I get the message that the links are missing or unaccessible. When I start making a package, the overview shows all links are ok (not missing, not unaccessible). But once the packaging starts, the errror occurs.
