Problem publishing InDesign file on line

I am trying to use the  Publish Online button on a recent magazine I have designed. It gets 99% of the way through the process and crashes with Error #16 showing. I Googled this and it says uninstall and reinstall the software to resolve it. I have done this 3 times and still I cant get it published and it keeps crashingat 99%.

What can I do to resolve this?
