Problem with 3 digit page number tabular lining

The third digit in 3 digit page numbers drops the assigned tabular lining style. I’ve tried using several different fonts, and the problem remains. Ive never encountered this before. Is there a fix for this?

    Me neither. The only thing I know is that before this checkbox was available in the preferences (if I remember well in InDesign 2024), you had to switch from the world ready composer to the Adobe composer:
