Problem with activating Adobe CS&

Hello,

I am trying to activate adobe design std cs6 but it does not work.

I've deactivated CS6 on another computer so i know that we have atleast one spare license.

When trying to activate one of the licensen i get error message saying that all licenses is already in use, which is understandable.

The other two license i have says " The serial number you entered is valid, but a qualifying product could not be found for the computer".

I have 3 license keys for adobe design std cs6.

All help is appriciated.

So perhaps you are entering the serial number for CS6 when you should be entering the serial number for the qualifying product from which you upgraded.

Looks like the serial number is for an upgrade version and the system is looking for the prrogram from which it was upgraded.
