Problem with 'Document Trends' tab

Hello there!

I have in total 39 documents published on 'Publish Online Dashboard' ( published between March 2017 – Feb 2018)

..but 'Document Trends' tab only shows 25..

...not sure what happened with 14 documents ?! All 14 missing documents have been published before July 2017.

In other words ‘Document Trends’ tab doesn’t reflect whatever appears under ‘Publications’ tab .  

It is not the browser cache issue as I have tried that solution and it did not resolved it.

Can anybody help please?

I have seen where the last documents on my list do not load for "Document Trends." Sometimes it seems to get "sticky." I usually refresh the page then go back to analytics. I may have to try it a couple of times. Also, make sure you let the first page of Analytics, "Overview," load completely before you go to "Document Trends."

You may have something else going on, but the first few times this happened to me, I also thought some of my older docs had disappeared.
