Problem with download pdf on 'publish online' document

Hello.

I created an interactive manual and used the “publish online' function of InDesign.

I made sure the box was ticked to “Allow views to download the  document as PDF(Print)”

However, if you press the ' Download pdf ' button, it opens a new window but it says “ Bad Request”

Does anyone know how to solve the problem?
