Hello, I have a problem installing the program indesign. It requires 8 GB of RAM, and my MACOS has 4 GB of RAM. What should I do? I need the program for training. I am attaching a photo.

p.s. in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

InDesign currently needs at least 16gb to run effectively. If you buy a new computer, consider 32gb as your minimum.

The best advice you're going to get is to buy a new computer. Yours is almost 10 years old and beyond checking emails and surfing the web, it's outlived its usefulness.

    Hello @Zlatina_Teneva0606,

Thank you for reaching out. Unfortunately, it is not possible to install and run InDesign on a device with less than 8 GB of RAM, as this is the minimum system requirement. To use InDesign for your training, you will need a device that meets or exceeds this specification.

For more details on system requirements, you can refer to this guide: InDesign System Requirements.

If you have any further questions, feel free to ask.

    Best regards,

    Anshul Saini
