Problema con la altura de los títulos

Hola!

Tengo un problema con los títulos de los capítulos. En el estilo de párrafo he añadido en las Opciones de separación, Empezar párrafo en la siguiente página impar. Pero no quiero que el título aparezca en la primera línea de la página. Si hago bajar el título de línea, se lleva todo el texto a la siguiente página impar. ¿Hay alguna forma de combinar las dos cosas?

One method would be to define a Parent Page for chapter starts where the text frame starts lower on the page.

Another method would be to add a Paragraph Rule Above with a large offset to the paragraph style. Use a color of None and check the box to Keep in Frame.
