Problema con la tabla de contenidos

Hola a ver si alguien me puede ayudar. Llevo años usando Tabla de contenido para generar índices pero estoy teniendo problemas con una maquetación de un catálogo que llevo 4 años haciendo. Cada año genero la tabla de contenidos y nunca he tenido problemas pero este año al generar el PDF interactivo los links de las páginas de la tabla de contenido me dice el cliente que le llevan a la página siguiente a la indica en la tabla de contenido. ¿Es esto un bug de la versión InDesign 20.4.1 que estoy utilizando?
El caso es que he preobado en varios dispositivos míos: en mi MAC , en mi teléfono (Android), en un PC (Windows) y en un Iphone a mí sí me funcionan...

¿Podría ser un problema por utilizar archivos antiguos que reutilizo cada año modificando los contenidos, y que arrastran código oculto que genere un problema y esa disfunción?

Thanks for sharing the details. I can see how frustrating that must be. Since the links are working fine on your end but not for your client, it might be related to the PDF reader they’re using. You could ask them to try opening it in a different reader and see if the issue persists.

Also, since the file has been reused over the years, there's a chance some hidden data might be causing problems. Try creating a fresh InDesign file, place the content into it, regenerate the TOC, and export the PDF again. Let me know if the issue affects all TOC entries or just a few. A short screen recording from your client would also be helpful.
