Problemas al exportar a pdf desde Indesign por tareas en segundo plano

Buenos días, no puedo exportar documentos a pdf ni jpeg desde Indesign. El mensaje que aparece en pantalla es "No se puede exportar por problemas con tarea en segundo plano". ¿A qué puede deberse?

Which version of InDesign and OS?
How much RAM and spare hard disk capacity do you have?

Have you tried resetting the InDesign preferences?

Have you tried closing your system and then reopening it?
