Gracias

The translation isn't very good but it sounds like you might be saying that the lower part of the Links Panel is missing the icons for relinking, go to link, etc. If this is the case they can be restored by trashing your InDesign cache files (this is different than trashing the preferences).

    To trash the cache files:

For Macintosh Users: With InDesign closed launch a Finder Window in column view and click on your home folder. With the Option Key pressed choose Library from the Finder Go Menu. Within the Library folder find the “Caches” folder. Within the Caches folder find and delete the entire folder “Adobe InDesign”. I find that deleting the InDesign cache folder completely leads to a lasting change.

For Windows Users: On Windows 7 and above the caches files are hidden. To find them go to the Control Panel and open Folder Options and then click the View tab. Then select “Show hidden files and folders” or “Show hidden files, folders or drive options” in Advanced Settings. Then delete (or rename) the folder at the end of this path: C:\Users\[User Name]\AppData\Local\Adobe\InDesign\Version [#]\<Language>\Cache.

    indesign didn't eliminate this feature.

does this only happen in this document or in everyone?

If this happens only in this document try to save it in .idml and then open it and save it in .indd

If this happens with all documents try to trash and replace your indesign preferences:

    ...

close and relaunch InDesign, and IMMEDIATELY hold down Ctrl + Alt + Shift (Windows) or Cmd + Ctrl + Opt + Shift (Mac), and respond in the affirmative to the dialog asking if you really want to replace the preferences

    ...
