problemas para ingresar alas paginas maestras

Hola tengo siguiente problema no puedo ingresar alas paginas maestras hago doble click no me deja entraar al igual salir cuando logro entrar tengo hacer hojas nuevas y eliminarlas para poder entrar a la seccion de paginas maestras adjunto video, si alguien me pudiera ayudar  o donde podria preguntar

    Does this happen with every InDesign file or just a particular one. If for a particular one then export the file to IDML and then resave it back to INDD and then try.

    If it happens for all the files then you can try trashing InDesign preferences/rebuilding cache. See the instructions at the link given below
