après interrogation auprès des informaticiens, ils souhaiten connaître les ouvertures de flux qui sont nécessaires au bon fonctionnement d’Indesign. Il se peut en effet que les ouvertures autorisées par le ministère ne soient pas les mêmes sur le LAN et sur le VPN . Cordialement

To help your IT team, Adobe maintains a list of required network endpoints and ports that should be accessible for InDesign and Creative Cloud to work as expected. Please share this link with them: Adobe Network Endpoints. They can use this to verify which URLs and services need to be whitelisted or accessible from both LAN and VPN environments.
Once they've reviewed and confirmed the necessary access, please let us know if the issue improves or if the freezing still continues. That will help us determine the next steps to support you further.
