Thanks for reaching out and sharing the details. Could you please confirm which operating system you're using along with its version? In the meantime, please try exporting one of the affected documents as an IDML file, then open that IDML in InDesign and save it under a new name. After that, try exporting the new file and check if the error still appears. Also, could you confirm whether this error occurs only when exporting to a specific format (like PDF or EPUB) or if it appears with all the export options available in the export window?

If the issue persists after trying this, please start your computer in Safe Mode and test again to see if any third-party plugin or background app might be interfering. You can find the steps here:
