Problème d'import d'images jpg

Bonjour,

Je fais face à un problème récurrent lors de l'intégration d'images au format JPG dans mes mises en page InDesign.

Le problème : Lorsque j'essaie d'importer un fichier JPG (même fraîchement reçu par email, copié sur notre serveur, puis importé directement dans InDesign), un message d'erreur s'affiche. Ce message indique que l'importation est impossible car le fichier serait déjà utilisé par une autre application ou un autre utilisateur.

Contexte technique :

  • Système d'exploitation : macOS Sequoia.

  • Logiciel : Adobe InDesign (le problème persistait sur la version 20.5 et est toujours présent après la mise à jour vers la version 21.0).

Malgré la mise à jour d'InDesign, le dysfonctionnement persiste.

Pourriez-vous m'apporter votre aide pour résoudre ce problème ?

Thanks for the update, and I appreciate you sharing your observations. Could you please try moving one of the affected JPGs to your local drive, such as the Desktop, and then placing it into InDesign to see if the error still appears? This will help confirm if the issue is specific to network paths. 

 

Let me know how it goes after testing this.

Bonjour, 

Merci pour votre retour, effectivement si je deplace les images sur mon bureau, j'ai beaucoup moins de soucis.

Mais certaines images ont encore besoin d'être réenregistrer pour être exploité .

Hi @cedric_7532 , I'm guessing you will not see a fix from Adobe given that an Adobe app did not create the JPEG.

 

If you are often placing images from unknown sources, it might be possible to script an open/save in Photoshop on a place.

Are you using File > Place?

Can you open the image file in Photoshop?

Oui pour les deux questions, j'ai trouvé la solution de réenregistrer avec l'aperçu d'apple, ou photoshop et ça fonctionne. Mais je suis forcé de réouvrir et réengistrer à chaque fois.

Yes, many have been finding that jpg images coming from (IIRC) FaceBook act strangely and have to be re-saved in a macOS image application.
