Problems: Commands not working properly on Adobe InDesign!

Hello, I zoomed my AdobeInDesign document up to 300% and it has frozen as such and does not Zoom back down again to 100% (despite my correct commands)!    Very frustrating.   Is this related to recent problems today being experienced by Adobe InDesign?

Hi Alison,Does it zoom down from the menu commands?If yours is like mine (Windows 11; version 20.5), lately when I close a document and open a next document, the workspace has defaulted back to Essentials, and the keyboard shortcuts stop working. After I change back to my custom workspace, the panels re-appear as I set them; and my shortcuts wake up, too.
