Problems with ePUB export

Hello

I've been struggling with this problem for a longer while now. I have sync fonts from typekit, but somehow whenever I try to export the final file, the fonts don't appear in it at all. It doesn't happen when saving to .pdf. What's more, there appears this window:

Can someone please tell me what to do? I feel like a ticking bomb already.
