Problems with InDesign CC 2019 (14)

I just updated to CC 2019 and now when I open InDesign, my personal workspace is no longer there and all of my keyboard shortcuts are missing. There nothing at the top of my screen except the tab with the file that's open, but there are no controls. How can I get these elements back? InDesign 2018 was deleted after this new update installed.

I'M LOST!!!

    Hi there,

We are sorry to hear about this. In addition to Steve's suggestion for Control Panel" please Click > Window > Control and check if it opens Control Panel

    Regards,

According to Michael Witherell's excellent document "InDesign CC 2018 presets styles automations":

WORKSPACES are stored here in this location:

    KEYBOARD SHORTCUTS are stored here:

If you inadvertantly deleted all previous versions it might have been deleted but usually it is not.
