Project/Workflow management

Question

Does anyone know if there is a dedicated tool for recording and managing tasks and workflows in ID. So that required tasks can be monitored, how much has been completed etc. etc.
I found this:

But it seems to be for Mac, and the author is not responding to messages.

I know a way to make handle this manually but would like a dedicated tool for automation, if there is one.
