Proterty panel - Character font bugs while selecting text box

Hi, I've been having this bug for a long time. While sectioning a text box, I wanted to change the Character font on the Property panel. But when I click on the scroll arrow to choose the font, the highlighted font is not aligned with my cursor and the scroll panel doesn't want to stay open, with one click. I had to hold the click to make it stay open.:

Also, the Property Panel isn't properly adjusted to the other panels.

Legend

Could be another UI scaling problem.

Try minimum = 1:1 scaling.

Do you mean scaling from the screen/laptop where I put my properties panels?

Considered the 3-4 degrees to which you can reset InDesign settings? Panel problems are often cache related. Read about it here.

I reset my InDesign settings (with modifiers keys) and it still doing it, even with the default InDesign settings.

Replying to my how issues loll :

If I move the Property Panel from the side of the screen, the bugs don't reproduce! But it still a weird bug. (See image below!)
