Publish Online Analytics Not Loading

Hi! I am having trouble viewing the analytics on my Publish Online Dashboard. I can still view the actually documents as well as upload updated or new documents but everytime I click on view analytics, I get the spinning wheel and then an error message. I was able to view the analytics up till a couple of days ago.

Everything on my computer has been updated. I tried the whole logging out of everything and restarting the computer, I've tried viewing it on different browers, etc and its still not working.

I really need these metrics for a project report out and any help will be greatly appreciated.
