Publish Online Cuts Off Page Content When Using Multiple Page Sizes in InDesign

When I publish my document online half of the page content is missing? There is two different page sizes on the document, and it looks like the size of the smaller pages are what is showing on the larger pages. I have been using this document for years without issue.

Thanks for confirming, this does sound similar to the other reported issue.

I checked this with the product team, and as a workaround, when using Publish Online, please try selecting “Spread” in the Export As option instead of pages.

The team has also confirmed that this is a known issue, and a bug has already been logged. They’re working on a fix which should be available in an upcoming release.

Please give this a try and let me know how it goes. I’ll keep you posted on any updates.

Using “spread” seems to be working for now. Please continue to update if the bug is fixed.

As you’ve been using the document for “years” it would have built up a load of crud that can cause corruptions. Try saving it as an IDML to clear it out, then saving it as an incrementally named InDesign document and try uploading it again. It’s worth a try!
