Publish Online Dashboard

Hi there,

I have uploaded 2 portfolios a couple of months back and it was terrific.

Recently, I have had at least 6 uploads and suddenly I do not see any documents on the dashboard. Why is this happening?

I would really appreciate your help on this.

Go to the Creative Cloud desktop app (menu bar in Mac, task bar in Windows). Click the "gear" icon > Preferences > General. Sign out and sign in again with your Adobe ID.

I did what you said... it worked on the Mac, unfortunately not on Windows PC.

Any other suggestions?
