Publish Online Dashboard

We are loving the ePub feature, the publish online dashboard and the simple analytics it offers. However, we have had an issue with a couple of submissions not showing up in the dashboard. For example, I published two documents recently, one on the 18th Jan and the other on the 19th Jan, yet the earlier ePub is not appearing on the dashboard but the file submitted the day after is!

I had shared the link to the earlier ePub via email and the link still works with the published file still very much accessible.

Has anyone else experienced this and if so is there a fix/what am I doing wrong?!
