Publish Online Document Not Found

Sent out a docment to a team using Publish Online. Now it I'm getting a Document Not Found web page. I then went to check all my other Publish online documents and have the same error. HELP! Deadline to send this out is today.

I too am having this issue!  Had a lot of fun Thanksgiving items up too:(. The website does not report any outages?

Same here. It was still working this morning. The upload prompts with a warning that I should check MY internet connection. Rather cheeky.

yes same here. I sent out a newsletter with a link to my published doc and it says Doument not Found. 

When I try to publish online now it says "You cannot use this feature right now. please check your network connectivity."

I am on InDesign 16 and 2 days ago I upgraded to macOS Big Sur. This problem started then. Publish online did not work at all and in fact the program just quit every time. I had to ask a colleague to publish my doc from their mac which is still Catalina.

Bonjour,

Je n'arrive plus depuis 1/2 heure à publier avec "Publich Online" sur Indd. J'ai publié plusieurs fois depuis ce matin et maintenant j'ai le message suivant : "Vous ne pouvez pas utiliser cette fonctionnalité pour le moment. veuillez vérifiier votre connectivité réseau".

Hors, mon réseau fonctionne parfaitement bien. Adobe rencontre peut-être un problème en ce moment ?

Pouvez-vous me renseigner ou m'aider sur ce problème.

Bonjour,
Mêmes soucis de mon côté l'option Publish online inaccessible. Projet à présenter demain au client j'espère que ce sera résolu. J'ai l'impression que ce sont les serveurs Adobe qui ont un souci et non nos réseaux.
