Publish Online FB thumbnail blank

When I share my Indesign publish online link to Facebook, the thumbnail is blank. I tried uploading my own image in jpg and png. Nothing seems to work. Others have had this problem but I don't see a solution in the forum. Can someone help?

    Hi @DCanadian,

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry for the trouble. Would you mind telling us the version of InDesign installed on your machine and the details of your operating system? Does that happen with this specific file or all files? Would you mind sharing the URL of your Publish Online file so that we can test different browsers on different platforms?

We will try our best to help.

    Thanks,

    Harshika

    Thank you for helping.
ID 2024 (I recently updated). Windows 10 64. I've tried a few different saves. Also when I tried to embed on my website, the full view toolbar cut off the bottom of the page so much that I moved page content up to try to get past the toolbar. When that was not successful I decided to point viewers directly to the adobe link. Now, I cannot post it with an image to FB.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
