Publish Online - How can I transfer published files to another account?

Hi guys,

I have 2 adobe accounts (both mine) how can I transfer the publised files I can see in the Published Online Dashboard to the other account. I've been running in circles with this issue for 2 months now and after over 20 very frustrated phone calls with Adobe and I don't even know how many chats I'm still on square one, with no answer and incredibly frustrated. Any help please?

I'm sorry to say there is no way, AFAIK, to "transfer" published documents between acccounts. You have to re-publish the ID files to whichever account you want them associated with. I'm sorry I don't have a magic solution. It's so ridiculous that is something that is not possible to do, for two very long intense months I've been telling this to the support team I was communicating on and they kept sending me how to transfer assets and treating me like an idiot.

They need to sort this out, and would be awesome if they learn to listen too.

I agree it would be a good feature, so be sure to fill out the user voice requests. That's what Adobe really looks at. But, for now, can't you simply re-upload it?
