Publishing Online Error Code #13

I am trying to publish a document online and I am getting error code #13 before the upload starts. The document says there are no errors and I just uploaded a few other documents.

If you are experiencing issues with publishing a specific document, it is most likely that some of your linked files are failing to upload.

Also, send an email with your InDesign document package to sharewithid@adobe.com with the title: "PublishOnline document-specific upload error".
