Publishing Online Error You cannot use this feature right now. Check your network connectivity

Hello, I have been going through this problem for a week. It is not a connectivity problem though. I am running the indesign in a Windows 10 Enterprise, Version 22H2. The Indesign version is v 18.1. If anybody could help me, please, I woul really appreciate.
