QR Code Business Card Not Saving Contact Correctly

Hi,

When someone goes to save the contact that was linked in my QR Code on an Apple device, it automatically saves by last name, instead of first name like all other contacts. On Android devices, we cannot find where it saves at all. Regardless, finding the contact is not user friendly, even though the QR technically works. Is there any way to troubleshoot this?

This is entirely the behavior of the reader, AFAIK. The fields in the code are more or less independent and their order is conventional. How the reader sorts them into a contact record depends on its settings and logic.
