Question about Archiving Color Swatches

By using version ID4, can large groups of specified Color Swatches be saved/stored to be reused in other than the file, at which they were created in, eliminating the need to make each color again? If so, how?

Any help would be much of appreciated.

    Use the load swatches command in the swatches panel to load them from any file. If you’re using them over an over again, do it with no files open and they’ll be available for all new files.
