raccourcis Indesign ne repondent plus

Bonjour voilà mon problème :

Lorsque j'essaie de faire des raccourcis comme glisser dupliqué ou encore la mise à l'échelle proportionnelle et plein d'autres ne fonctionne plus. J'ai essayé de vider les caches et tout mais rien a faire.

    Hi @Clément334508211dkp:

     

    We get regular reports that other applications interfere with InDesign's keyboard shortcuts. The first thing you want to do is restart your computer and only open InDesign. Do the shortcuts work again?

     

    If not, take a look at the applications that auto-load when you start up your computer. Sometimes an antivirus or anti-malware application is the issue.

     

    I would say Webroot is the one that is most frequently cited. They actually have a support topic on their forum with instructions on how to fix this because it comes up so often.

      i'm not using any add on and it is the only app running

        Essaie de réinitialiser les préférences. Il faut relancer l'application tout en appuyant simultanément sur Maj, Ctrl, Alt [Windows], Maj, Ctrl, Alt et Cmd [Mac] jusqu'à l'apparition du message demandant confirmation.

          j'ai essayé cette manip car lue sur un autre post, mais rien ne s'ouvre de particulier, en allant dans les preferences et caches je n'ai aucun fichier indesign existant non plus

            There is an InDesign issue that is fixed when you update to Ventura 13.6 or 13.6.1. I have not seen the keyboard shortcuts mentioned as part of this, but I would go ahead and upgrade and see if that helps. Be careful not to upgrade to Sonoma, because that will cause new problems. You need to scroll all the way down to the bottom to see the Ventura upgrade option.
