Radio buttons not working in interactive PDF

Hello,

I created an interactive PDF with radio buttons, so the reader can answers short surveys after watching videos.  When I publish the PDF to the web, it doesn't allow the reader to select one of the radio buttons.  Has anyone experienced this?

Thanks in advance.

If you want to put a form on the web, I strongly recommend that you create a proper HTML form on your website. There are many plugins and applications that can do this quite easily.

Are you using Publish Online?

If so - it probably doesn't work there - it's PDF setting only.

Even if they download from the Publish Online the form fields are flattened.

If it's a PDF people are downloading from the Web then it might depend on what PDF reader they are using, some 3rd Party PDF readers don't comply to all PDF modules available with Adobe Acrobat.

It's best they use Acrobat to fill the form - you can leave a link on the website to download the PDF reader for free.
