Random "=" in Indesign export to PDF

I'm exporting from Indesign and in an 8 page document containing text and image boxes, I have three random "=". They don't show in the ID document, only once exported. Has anyone else experienced this and found out what causes them?

Screenshots? Sample file? Version of ID? O/S?

First image is the ID file, second the exported PDF, using ID 18.1 x64 for Windows and have checked for updates

First thing I'd try is just setting it in a different font to see if it makes a difference.
