I think we shouldnot use it because it slow down the InDesign as you can see in the below post:

Hi @Apks25270466rr6q ,also note that I found InDesign slowing down with redrawing page items when doing a conference session with Zoom and sharing my screen with the Zoom participants. Regards,Uwe Laubender( Adobe Community Professional )
