Recent InDesign File Won't Open; Shows as White Box Icon and 0KB in Windows

I'm using InDesign 2020 and Windows 10. I dont' get any error message. File was saved and shut down normally one day ago. Now it simply won't open up. Does anyone know what's going on or how to recover this file?

If the file is 0 kB it contains no data. That file is toast. Do you use backups? Incremental backups, like Time Machine or Backblaze will keep older versions of the file for you.
