Hi Amber:

LinkedIn Learning has a number of courses that include defining forms fields in InDesign, though I don't see one that only focuses on forms creation. I want to note that InDesign's tools will get you started but you will likely need to complete the forms in Acrobat—InDesign doesn't have all of the form controls that Acrobat does.

Assuming you are new to PDF forms, you might want reverse the learning process: start with learning forms in Acrobat (see Acrobat DC: Creating Forms from Garrick Chow on LinkedIn Learning), and then come back to InDesign to see how you can start there. We can help if you get stuck.

What are you hoping to do with these forms. Their usefulness has diminished over the last few years especially if you expect them to work in browsers and third party PDF readers.
